With proper installation and care, wood products are guaranteed to provide years of outdoor living pleasure. To achieve a trouble-free installation of wood products:
-Consult local building codes prior to installation.
-Familiarize yourself with installation instructions.
-Ensure you have all the tools and materials needed-as listed in the instruction sheet.
Storage and Handling
-Never dump wood materials when unloading.
-Store on a flat surface and cover with non-translucent material.
-When carrying wood planks, carry on edge for better support.
-Refer to installation instructions for additional guidelines on each product.
Care and Handling Guidelines For Decking
To minimize scratches, nicks, cuts and grooves, and preserve the beauty of wood decking. Follow these guidelines:
-Do not slide decks against each other when moving them. When removing them from the unit, lift the decks and set them down.
-Do not slide tools or drag equipment across the top of the decks during construction.
-Keep the surface of the decks free from construction waste.Tracking dirt and construction debris across the surface of decks, which contributes to surface scratching.
Important Information
-When working with wood products or any building materials, be sure to wear proper clothing and safety equipment.
-For all wood products, standard wood working tools may be used, as per applicable manufacturer’s instructions.
-Scrap can be discarded with normal construction debris.
-wood has excellent slip resistance wet or dry.
-wood has a built-in hidden fastener system and is easy to install wood clips.
Fastening Guidelines
-Use a minimum #8 x 2-1/2” high-quality coated, stainless steel or composite deck screw.
-Pre-drilling is required in cold weather and when within 1-1/2” of the end of the deck
-Do not use glue or caulk to fasten wood decks or to seal the joint between two decks and any other surface.This will inhibit the natural expansion and contraction of the planks and will impede the drainage of the deck.
Proper Ventilation Is Required
- To reduce moisture build-up from beneath the deck,there must be a minimum
of 12” high unobstructed continuous airspace along three sides of the deck to allow for cross ventilation.
This should be located just below the bottom of the deck joist.
-In some limited applications, including decks built against an inside corner, additional ventilation will be required where the deck meets the building. Failure to provide adequate ventilation may result in failure of the deck surface and will void the warranty.

Q:What is the standard of your company’s suppliers?
A:They should all match the stand of our factory requirement,such as the ISO,environmental friendly,high quality,etc.
Q:How long does your mold work normally? How to maintain daily? What is the capacity of each set of dies?
A:Usually one mold can work 2-3 days,we will maintain it after each order,the capacity of each set are different,for normal boards one day is 2.5-3.5ton,3D embossed products is 2-2.5tons,co-extrusion products is 1.8-2.2tons.
Q:What is your production process?
A:1.Make sure the quantity and color of the order with customer
Artisan prepare the formula and make a sample to confirm the color and after treatment with customer
Then make the granulation(Prepare the material),then will start manufacture,the extrusion products will be putted in the specific location,later we will do after treatment,then we package these.
Q:How long is the normal delivery time of your products?
A:It will be different according to the quantity.Generally it is about 7-15 days for one 20ft container.If 3D embossed and co-extrusion products,we need 2-4 days more generally as the Complex process.
Q:Do you have a minimum order quantity? If so, what is the minimum order quantity?
A:Generally we have a minimum quantity,it is 200-300 SQM.But if you want to fill up the container to the limit weight,some few products we will do them for you!
Q:What is your product yield? How was it achieved?
A:Our product yield is more than 98%,because we will control the quality at first,from the beginning of the material,them QC will control the quality when manufacture,also artisan will check and update the formula always.
Q: How long is the service lifetime of WPC products?
A: It is about 25-30 years under ideal situations.
Q: Which payment term will you accept?
A: Payment term is T/T, Western Union and so on.
Q: Comparing with the wood, what’s the advantage of WPC products?
A: 1st, WPC products are totally environmentally friendly, it is 100% recyclable.

A: As the difference with the wood,WPC products themselves own color,they need extra painting. Generally,we provide 8 main colors as Cedar,yellow,red pine,red wood,brown,coffee,light grey , blue grey. And also,we can make special color per your request.
